Expanding current packing line

Expansion of existing packaging line with a Willems line in order to increase capacity.

The line has been expanded with a woodshavings baler, a sawdust baler and a robot that can keep up with both presses at maximum capacity.

The robot is programmed in such a way that instead of 9 layers, 10 layers of 5 bales can be stacked on 1 pallet. This allows the company to save up to 20 full pallets of transport costs per day!
