Baling line for cellulose

Willems installed a complete packaging line, for cellulose insulation.

Total capacity up to 6 tons per hour. It concerns fully automatic baler, with a pre-holding ram to make sure the product does not get over compressed. In order to keep its optimum insulation quality. Included buffer dividing bins, so product can be fed continuously with fluctuations, while the baling process keeps on going steady at a constant pace. The line contains a fully automatic robot stacking system. Completed with a check weighing system, metal detection system and print / label placing equipment. The robot also removes bales from the line that contain metal or have a faulty bale weight. A fully automatic stretch wrapper at the end of the line, packs the finished pallets. All ready to go well packed to the end user, for insulating homes with this high quality, environmentally friendly insulation material.
