Willems installed a complete line to produce pet bales of hay / straw.

Bales of all kind of hay and straw, are packed in bales for small pets. For feed or bedding. Timothy hay, meadow hay, alfalfa hay or straw, all are packed in small bales from 500 grams to 3 kg. The bales are executed with a user-friendly carry handle. Big bales come from the field, and are taken apart into a loose flow of material. Dust is being removed. The product gets fully automatically packed in flatfoil. Herbs and flowers can be added to the product. The line includes a check weighing and metal detection system. so no bales get through with a faulty weight or that contain metal. Included printer to put date and BBU on bales.
