Complete straw handling and baling line

This project contained a big expansion at a factory in The Netherlands. Willems installed a complete straw preparation line, with maxibaler and robot. Several types of straw are processed with this system, for example wheat straw, rape straw and barley straw. Big bales coming from the fields, are processed to a unique forage or animal bedding. The product is chopped to the desired length. Then it is thoroughly cleaned, so foreign objects and dust is removed. Once cleaned, the product is sent to a maxibaler, which packs the product into big bales of 300 – 400 kg. A robot stacking system stacks 4 bales on top of each other. Ready to go to the end customer. Perfectly packed, and all fully automatic.
