Fully electric baler

Willems delivered a fully automatic baler for packing cellulose insulation.

The machine is fully electric! Instead of using hydraulics to compact the product into a bale, this machine is executed with motor driven rams. This has a lot of benefits for the customer. It saves energy costs. As there is no heating up oil. It means lower maintenance costs, as it does not contain oil that needs to be changed or sampled occasionally. The noise level of the machine is much lower compared to conventional hydraulic system. This is an environmentally friendly solution. This fits perfectly to the product that it compacts: an environmentally friendly insulation material.
