Complete packing line blowing glass wool

Willems shipped again a complete packaging line to the USA for producing bales of glass mineral blowing wool insulation. High quality blowing glass wool is packed in two full automatic balers. Included closed belt conveyor system to feed the product into the baler. All included framework and safety platforms. A turnkey solution, in order to relieve the customer as much as possible. The line contains 2 balers. Included robot stacking system which stacks the bales automatically on cardboard sheets. A metal detection system and a check weighing system check the bales before they get stacked. Once the bales are stacked on the sheet, the load goes through the stretch hooder. And all is packed perfectly ready to be shipped to the customers who use the product for insulating purposes.
